Check-in and Check-out
What time is the check-in time?
Check-in is available from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm but we are available for special needs.
We ask that you notify us about 30 minutes prior to your arrival so we can personally greet you and give you the keys.
Is it possible to arrive after 8:00 pm?
Yes, upon request. In case of evening arrival (until 11:00 pm), please notify us in advance so we can arrange reception.
What time is the check-out time?
Check-out is due by 12:00 p.m.
This allows us to prepare the room for subsequent guests.
Can we leave the luggage after check-out?
Yes, you can temporarily leave backpacks or suitcases in the common room, until about 1:30 p.m. (by prior arrangement).
We only ask that you keep to the schedule, to allow us to tidy up the space.
Breakfast and cooking
Is breakfast included?
No, breakfast is not included.
However, in the common area you will find a coffee machine with pods, a kettle, and a selection of teas and herbal teas available to guests free of charge.
Can I use the kitchen?
Yes, the kitchen and common room are shared between guests. We only ask that you leave it clean after use.
Rooms and beds
Is it possible to have separate beds?
A double bed and a single bed (not three separate beds) are available in the Triple Iris Suite Room.
Can I add an extra bed or a sofa bed?
Only in the Iris Suite Room is there another bed to accommodate a third person.
Extra beds cannot be added in the other rooms.
Structure and services
How many rooms does the apartment have?
The apartment has 3 independent rooms:
- Iris
- Mimosa
- Wisteria
Each with private bathroom.
Guests share the living area and the rooftop terrace with views of Assisi.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available nearby along the road.
Are animals allowed?
No pets are currently allowed.
Is there air conditioning or heating?
Yes, all rooms have air conditioning and central heating.
